Guest Information and Etiquette
- All guest information is and will remain confidential.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Professional draping is done as required by law and are performed throughout your treatment.
- Sexual misconduct, innuendoes, or any inappropriate language & actions will not be tolerated. The session will end immediately and the guest will be charged full price and asked to not return if such an incident takes place.
- Methods of payment accepted: Cash and major credit cards
- Medical concerns: Guests who are pregnant, have had a recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult with their physicians before booking a service.
- Cancellation Policy: When booking an appointment, you are reserving a therapist especially for you. As a courtesy to all, we ask that a six hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For a cancellation with less than six hour notification, guest will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. For a no-show appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged. All appointments are secured with a credit card or gift certificate when booking. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel with a courtesy notice. If you are running late, we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment.
- Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest and appreciated by the staff for outstanding services. With a party group of 4 or more, a 25% gratuity will be automatically added for your convenience.
